- Stand on scales, look in the mirror, or notice waist buttons popping.
- Decide to lose some weight.
- Start eating correctly, start exercise regimen.
- Continue for a whole two days.
- Weigh myself, again.
- Get mad that I have gained weight.
- Say, the hell with it.
- Have a bowl of ice cream with granola sprinkles.

This made me laugh.
I think my weight loss regiment is similarly inconsistent.
Is this where I line up to say "ditto"? Although I have been consistently eating more fruits, veggies, and whole grains, over the past few weeks, and I cannot wait until next Friday (i.e., payday) to sign up for a membership at that health club I was oohing and aahing over. Just don't get between me and my English muffins, OK?
