Saint-Emilion. Again. Kind of.

My son, Stephen, went to Saint-Emilion for his anniversary a couple nights ago. I asked him to write a review of it.

He did.

Here it is:

"Saint Emilion: best restaurant I have ever been to in my life."

Maybe I should have more specific about how long the review should be. High praise, nevertheless.

    Was your son channeling Gary Cooper?

    I am heading to Charleston's on Friday with Brother Sushi. He's having the prime rib. I'm having ... I don't know: something that doesn't cluck. We hear the place is Carnivore Heaven.

    We went there for our anniversary one year. I agree. It was wonderful and charming.

    i agree! great restaurant, but its saint-emilion (like the town/wine), not saint emilion's
